With a mix of Midwest roots and down south ATL influence, for over 16 years, Jeremy Green has remained one of the most trusted and respected creative directors, choreographers and educators in the dance industry. While his résumé includes choreographing and creative directing for some of the world’s most iconic artists such as Cardi B, Latto, Lil Baby, Offset, Jessie Murph, Doechii and more, Jeremy’s heart lives in education; training, mentoring, and uplifting the next generation of dancers.

As the founder of the nonprofit organization, Behind the Movement (BTM), Jeremy launched what began as a community-driven showcase into a nationally recognized training program. Initially created to raise money for underrepresented youth pursuing dance careers, BTM has evolved into a powerful movement that draws in dancers annually, twice a year. Under his leadership, BTM became a platform where education meets opportunity, bringing in master teachers like Tessandra Chavez, Fatima Robinson, Brian Friedman, Eboni Nichols, and Luther Brown, while also creating a pipeline of professional jobs for southern talent.

Through BTM’s Live Intensive, Jeremy has helped launch the careers of over 70 professional dancers and choreographers now working with Beyoncé, Janet Jackson, Tate McRae, Missy Elliott, Gwen Stefani, Nicki Minaj, Usher, and more.
